Overview
The Manufactured Housing Division process title transfers, issues certificates of ownership, records liens, and maintains ownership records for manufactured homes in Nevada.
These services apply to anyone buying, selling, inheriting, moving, or updating information related to a manufactured home.
Before You Begin
Certain transactions may require the following:
- Proof of ownership (such as a title or bill of sale)
- Notarized Signatures
- Lien Release (if applicable)
- Additional forms specific to the transaction
Be sure to review each form's instructions carefully for all requirements.
How to Submit Your Forms
Forms can be submitted using any of the following methods:
Email: Send to submissions@housing.nv.gov
Please ensure all documents are combined into one PDF file and include the receipt.

Drop-Off: Deliver in person to either office listed above, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Note: We are closed on weekends and state observed holidays.
