Nevada Attainable Housing Account


The Nevada Attainable Housing Account (“NAHA”) was established by the Nevada Housing Access and Attainability Act through Assembly Bill 540 in the 2025 Session. The Act appropriated $133 million dollars to support the expansion of affordable housing opportunities to low and moderate-income households, including funding for the three following funding areas:

  • Development Opportunities
  • Homeownership Opportunities
  • Local Government Matching Fund

The current calendar for applications is below:

Open Pre-Applications: October 30, 2025

Close Pre-Applications: November 5, 2025

For applicants that meet the pre-application minimum thresholds:

Open Applications: November 12, 2025

Close Applications: December 3, 2025
